At Word of Life we believe that peace of mind while you are in our service is the number one thing we can provide any parent.  Because of this, we find the best volunteers to provide the highest quality care for your kids in our nursery.  Each volunteer has a heart for Jesus and for serving the church. Word of Life Church nursery is also a place for your little one to be prayed for and learn about Jesus.

Vision Kids is more than just a place to occupy children while their parents are in service. We teach your children Biblical truths that will stay with them their entire life! At Word of Life Vision Kids, we provide a safe, fun, and engaging experience for each child. Your children will experience an interactive service full of high-energy worship, entertaining games, and Bible stories that will make a lasting impact. Parents, as you visit our Vision Kids check in station, make sure to see the fun and exciting classrooms designed specifically for each age group.

R3fuge Youth is devoted to creating a culture among 7th-12th graders that is more attractive than any other alternative. We provide a safe and fun environment for students to learn about God. With upbeat music, exciting games, giveaways, and high-energy Bible messages, our aim is to reach students with the uncompromising love of God.

Refuge meets every Wednesday at 6:30pm at both the North and South locations.

Our mission at Word of Life Church is to connect young adults to the local church and deepen their relationship with Jesus. The young adults ministry meets the second and forth Wednesday night at the North location. We also provide a coffee house with live music and various activities and events.

At Word of Life, Life Groups exist to engage in authentic community by intentionally cultivating relationships, encouragement, and accountability.

Bloom has multiple ministry options to meet the varied schedules & needs women of today are challenged with! We want you to feel loved and cared for. Do you need to flop on a couch or chair and take a deep breath and feel the nurturing love of God expressed through other women? Well please know that YOU are invited to do just that! At each Bloom gathering you will find a warm, hospitable environment where real relational connection and spiritual growth is cultivated. There is a time devoted to teaching, prayer, friendship and food! Come expecting to be touched by God in your spirit, soul & body.

WHAT IS BLOOM

Mens Meet Up is a time for men of all ages to come together, fellowship, and dive deep into the Word. Join us as we unpack the scriptures, hear from special speakers and strengthen our walk with the Lord. All men are welcome so make sure to bring a friend. A light breakfast is served.

Vision 2020 is about sharing God's love with others and is the missions wing of Word of Life Church. One way we can help reach the lost for Jesus is to gather financial support. When we join forces with called Evangelists and Missionaries we are enabling them to conduct even more outreach meetings and events around the world. Vision 2020 is plan given by God to change eternal destinies and advance the Kingdom of Heaven.

Word of Life has a team that ministers to both the men and women who are incarcerated in the Kansas prison system.

Word of Life Legacy Honduras is an outreach of Word of Life Church. Legacy Honduras focuses it's efforts in San Antonio de Cortes, Honduras.

Life Prep Academy exists to give families an affordable college prep education that inspires students to reach their full potential in spirit, mind, and body. Life Prep Academy is a K-12 school founded in 1999 by Word of Life Church in Wichita, KS. 

Students from all over the world as well as in our local community enjoy a Christ-Centered College Prep education. At Life Prep we are dedicated to come along side parents in training students by providing a concise yet loving conservative Biblical worldview.

Word of Life Preschool and Childcare Center provides a Biblical based early childhood education since 1998. Our teachers and Administrators consider what they do a calling from the Lord. Word of Life Preschool and Childcare Center is located on the campus of Word of Life Church South.
